What Do You Think of Steam?

If you game on the PC, you have probably heard of Steam.

I use this service for 90% of my PC gaming. The overlay is nice, crisp, and helps to keep you organized. The store also frequently hosts sales of all sorts, mainly during the summer and winter. While in game, you can even browse the internet within the steam overlay. And, let’s face it, we all need to be in touch with our friends, this is why the friends list is a godsend. Overall, the service to me is crisp, clean, and fast. I don’t have to keep an ungodly amount of DVDs because all of my games are stored in one local spot, eager to be played at any moment. So let me ask all of you PC gamers out there, what is your opinion on Steam? Do you find it to be magnificent, or just annoying?
