Ubisoft Servers Unplayable on feb 7

PC users are you playing the following Ubisoft games? You should know that tomorrow you won't be able to play on the internet because Ubisoft is moving their servers to a new facility.

The games that won't be available during the migration are: Assassin's Creed (Mac), Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 (PC), Might & Magic : Heroes VI (PC), Splinter Cell Conviction (Mac), The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom (PC), and The Settlers (Mac).
