Marking the next-gen console debut of Ubisoft's critically acclaimed series, Prince of Persia - The Forgotten Sands is the next chapter in the Sands of Time universe. EA today announced the next Medal of Honor title to be released on October 12, a little later than EA had recently scheduled it for. Medal of Honor: Revamp will be a modern-warfare shooter.

"Medal of Honor is an authentic look into today's war. Inspired by real people and real events, the game puts players in the boots of today's warrior---from the infantry ground pounder to the Tier 1 Operator," said executive producer Greg Goodrich in the announcement. "We are proud of this piece because it offers a glimpse into the game we're creating, while also showing the mindset of these warriors."

Titled simply Medal of Honor, the shooter will hit PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 when it arrives in North America on October 12, followed by a European invasion on October 15.

Overview

Split/Second is an intense action racing game set within a reality television show. Competitors will vie to be the first to the finish line in a made-for-TV city set rigged to blow with the ultimate goal of becoming the season champion. Players in Split/Second don't just collide with other vehicles to knock them from the track, but can also trigger devastating events that drastically alter the dynamics of the race. Players must use pinpoint timing to obliterate huge structures and towering TV set pieces to tactically alter the track or create entirely new routes.
