First Person Shooter

Set in the shattered subway of a post apocalyptic Moscow, Metro 2033 is a story of intensive underground survival where the fate of mankind rests in your hands.

In 2013 the world was devastated by an apocalyptic event, annihilating almost all mankind and turning the earth’s surface into a poisonous wasteland. A handful of survivors took refuge in the depths of the Moscow underground, and human civilization entered a new Dark Age.

The year is 2033. An entire generation has been born and raised underground, and their besieged Metro Station-Cities struggle for survival, with each other, and the mutant horrors that await outside.

Having never ventured beyond your Metro Station-City limits, one fateful event sparks a desperate mission to the heart of the Metro system, to warn the remnants of mankind of a terrible impending threat. Your journey takes you from the forgotten catacombs beneath the subway to the desolate wastelands above, where your actions will determine the fate of mankind.

Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty Review

An awesome game that makes you think how the universe will look over 400 years.

The action in Starcraft II is set somewhere in the 2500's. When you first start the campaign you play with the Terrain. They present you the story of a terrain commander (we can consider it like an explorer for those who played AOE III). The story is incredible! I think from those 12 GB of game about 10 are with movies. Starcraft II has a huge movie database. Before and after every mission you are able to view a 5 minute movie that will make you understand better the story. The in game graphics are great! Don't listen to those who say that is worse than the first.

You are used to play this kind of games

Something like that wrotes when you must select the difficulty right beside the Normal mode. And i must say even if i'm not that good at playing strategy games the normal mode is pretty easy. There are 4 levels of difficulty in SC II: WOL. Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard.

Gameplay

Even if you can have the feeling that you are playing Starcraft I you still can see that this game has almost nothing to do with the first. Huge updates: new graphics, stunning menu, a lot of tutorials that can help even the kids that are playing their very first game and a great gameplay.

The buttons: you can find them almost at the same location, the minerals and gas are still there, the buildings and units are almost the same and still what does make this game to be that great?

The A.I can be pretty easy to trick

Well, as we sayed a huge update of the first Starcraft. The gameplay that Blizzard used us: addictive!

Graphics

One of the biggest upgrades you can spot in the new Starcraft game are the graphics. And a cool thing about it is the in-campaign-menu. You can explore the room where the Terrain captain is. You can even change the song that is playing at the jukebox and you can watch the news at a big TV placed somewhere on the wall.

This game makes you think about the universe ... the action is set on many planets and a cool thing is that there are collonists on the planets. If you save them from being attacked by the Zergs they will join your cause.

Gameplay: 10/10

Sound: 8/10

Feeling: 8/10

Graphics: 10/10

This is a first review. We may come back with more updates. Stay tuned. Until then don't forget to Join our Community to recieve the latest updates about Starcraft II and many more games.

Battlefield Heroes Review

A new game from EA, this time multiplayer. Looks like their partnership with DICE continues and they made another game
with multiplayer from DICE.
When you first play the game you may have the impression that you are looking at Tom&Jerry. Not because you are being
chased by someone but because of the graphics. Don't think that they are weak, but they are made to look like an entertaining and at the same time to be very funny.
The soundtrack composed expecially for the game features a couple of whistles that fits perfect with the game in wich you must fight with the others.
You can create a new account and then download the client. After that, the client will download the game(586mb). Then you can sign in only through the website, wich will open the game.
You must create a character, create your appereance and then play!
It's a combination of Counter-Strike and Grand Theft Auto. CS because you must shoot the other guys and GTA because it's a 3rd person shooter.
It's very entertaining because it features small maps and you can take a tank or a jeep or even a plane.
There will be 2 teams, every team will have around 8 players. The final score is calculated by the type of the match you are playing. It may be sometimes calculated by the number of fallen soldiers. The starting score is 50 and when the number reaches 0 that team will lose.
Even the graphics may look funny at low details there are fantastic at high details. The gameplay is awesome and beaware it can cause addiction! You have even an "level system". The maximum is 30. You can even buy better weapons by buying BF(the ingame currency) or by buying them with VF(points you earn for playing the game) but by buying with Vf you can only use that product for max 3 days.
You can even a chat and a team chat. You can also make missions wich will give you VF. yaay!

For it's originality and it's gameplay mostly igcompany.com gives the following score to Battlefield Heroes:

Graphics: 9/10
Sound: 8/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Feeling: 10/10

Age of Empires III Review(PC)

Written by igcompany on Wednesday, 14 July 2010 11:18.

The third game of the series comes with brand new graphics and new AI that promises the ultimate experience.
The players are able to choose between 4 types of difficulty(onestly the last one you can play it only with cheats).
Ensemble Studios payed attention to all the small details and they animated every tree on the map. It's cool
when it rains and you can hear that sound while the trees are moved by rain's force!

Another cool detail about the graphics of this game is the water. There are some cool reflexions in the water and expecially if you update the game
you will be able to feel the ultimate experience.
There are also some expansion packs if you already finished the campaign from the game.
The gameplay is a pretty good one. Even if it's not that good at the one from Age of Empires II it's still good
but the high graphics makes it harder to move faster even on high end computers.

Age of Empires III

In the campaign mode you are controlling multiple characters but for some of you it may seem too short, that's
why is good to have an expansion pack around!

In single player there is a new feature: you can create a new home city and raise it to a high level.

You can do that by earning XP and by doing that you can command some resources from the home city or some soldiers.
There is not a limit of home citys. If you are bored of playing with one you can create another one, the first will
remain saved.

So here we go with the score:

Graphics:9/10
Gameplay:8/10
Sound:7/10
Feeling:10/10

FIFA Online Pros and Cons

Written by igcompany on Thursday, 08 July 2010 21:26.

I uninstalled it because i found it usless since i have FIFA 10 and i play it online. But i want to share with you some cons and pros that can help you if you want to decide whether to install it or not.

The gameplay is a pretty good one, the mouse controll isn't that bad it can really help you. The default control when you install the game is the mouse control. You get a small tutorial that teaches you in a couple of minutes (and it does it pretty well) how to use the mouse control.

By playing with the mouse you get the chance to feel the new feature: 360 degrees dribbling. The player follows your pointing and doesn't do sudden moves like we were used.

The menu is a good one. You get all your useful stuffs in a couple of windows withouth to be needed to keep on your screen a lot of features that you don't even use!

You get a chat window(even more) on the main screen, and a chat window when you are playing agains other player.

You get even some lobbyes for (almost) every continent.

So let's get to the point:

Pros

#Fresh gameplay, easy to play

#It runs on slower computers

#Easy difficulty (you may find this as a con because you can't change the difficulty, this is given to you by the server)

#Chat windows(many of them)

#A small 1 vs 1 player game with your opponent before you both press the ready button

#360 degrees dribbling when using the mouse

Cons

#When playing in career you only get the chance to play agains the computer (i mean why's that when you can do that on the latest FIFA)

#You may have to be needed to buy some extra stuff ...

#Not a pretty different game than FIFA 10 ...

#A lot of features you can get in FIFA 10 expecially that they made a pretty good job with the Online Mod

#Some annoing tacktics
